We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver it, and support you afterwards.

How we use it

To process payments, fulfil and track shipments, provide support, and send you order-related messages. We don't sell your personal data.

Kassira AI chats

When you chat with Kassira AI, we save the conversation and the formulas it suggests to your account, so you can pick up where you left off. Our team may read saved chats to improve the service and may call you about your picks.

We keep your two latest chats; starting a third deletes the oldest. Saved chats are also deleted six months after your last message. You can delete them sooner from the Kassira AI page with “Delete my chat history”, or by writing to our support email.

Cookies, analytics and site data

We use cookies and similar technologies (including your browser's local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your bag, and understand how the store is used so we can improve it.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic and shopping behaviour in aggregate. This may record your approximate location (from your IP address, which we don't use to identify you), device and browser type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the actions you take such as viewing a product or starting checkout. We may also use session-replay/heatmap tools that record on-page interactions with sensitive fields (such as your phone number, address, and payment details) masked. We do not send your name, phone number, email, address, or one-time passwords to these analytics tools.

We also use advertising cookies from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure which of our ads bring people to the store, and to show our ads again to people who have visited. This tells Meta which pages you viewed and whether you added to bag or bought, so it can match that to its own account records. We do not send Meta your name, phone number, email, address, or one-time passwords.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the store work. You can also limit ad targeting in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to run and improve the store: our payment processor (Razorpay), our shipping partner (Shiprocket), our OTP/SMS provider (MSG91), our AI provider (to answer Kassira AI chats), our analytics providers, Meta (for ad measurement and retargeting), and Google Customer Reviews (only if you agree in its pop-up after an order: your order number, email and estimated delivery date, so Google can email you a short survey about your purchase). Each handles your data under its own terms.

Your choices

Ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by writing to our support email. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting.
