Questions about a formula, an order, or a return? We're a small house and we answer personally. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us; email works just as well, and we reply to both within 8 hours, every day.

What we can help with

• A bottle that arrived damaged or leaking, or a wrong or missing item
• Returns of unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery

Order help

Have your order code ready (it looks like KSR-XXXXX) and we'll find it quickly. Every order gets a tracking link by SMS and email once it leaves our studio.

If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the outer box, and we'll send a replacement or refund, your choice.
